1. Introduction
Welcome to Sneh Dia Jewels. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Product Information & Accuracy
- Handmade Nature: Many of our pieces are handcrafted. Minor variations in design, size, and appearance may occur and are considered part of the item’s unique character.
- Gemstones: We use natural gemstones unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that stone colors may vary slightly from the images on your screen due to monitor settings and natural lighting.

- Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
- Hallmarking:- All our Jewellery is Hallmarked.
3. Custom & Bespoke Orders
- Design Approval & Finality
- Consultation: For custom designs, customers will receive a digital rendering (CAD), a sketch, or a detailed written description for approval.
- Approval: Once the customer provides written approval of the design, metal type, stone selection, and sizing, the design is considered final. Any changes requested after production has begun may incur additional labor and material costs.
- Minor Variations: As these pieces are handcrafted, the customer acknowledges that slight variations from the digital rendering to the physical piece are normal and expected.
- Non-Refundable Deposit
- Commitment Fee: A non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required before any sourcing of stones or production begins.
- Cancellation: If the order is canceled by the customer after production has started, the deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of labor and materials used.
- Sizing Responsibility
- Customer Provided Sizes: The customer is responsible for providing the correct ring size or length. SnehDia Jewels is not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
- Resizing Fees: While we offer one complimentary resizing for most rings within +91-9004931115 days of delivery, some designs (such as eternity bands or certain pavé settings) cannot be resized. If a piece must be completely remade due to incorrect sizing provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the remake cost.
- Lead Times & Deadlines
- Estimates: Production typically takes [4–8] weeks from the date of final design approval.
- Delays: While we strive to meet all deadlines, SnehDia Jewels is not liable for delays caused by gemstone sourcing, hallmarking delays, or shipping disruptions beyond our control. We recommend starting the custom process at least [3] months before any special event.
- Customer-Provided Materials (Heirloom Stones)
- Risk Acknowledgement: If a customer provides their own gemstone or “old gold” for a project, SnehDia Jewels will handle the materials with the utmost care. However, we are not liable for stones that crack, chip, or break during the setting process if they have hidden inclusions or pre-existing structural weaknesses.
- Insurance: We highly recommend that customers insure their heirloom stones independently before sending them to us for setting.
4. Orders and Payment
- Acceptance: An order is only considered accepted once you receive a shipping confirmation email.
- Payment Methods: We accept UPI n Bank Transfers. All payments must be cleared before an item is shipped.
- Custom Orders: Orders for custom-made or personalized jewelry require a 20% non-refundable deposit and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Insurance: Due to the value of our products, all shipments are fully insured until they reach your delivery address.
- KYC: For your protection, a copy of pAn card n AAdhar card required for all deliveries over Rs 50000/-.
- International Shipping: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- Window: We offer returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by any certificates of authenticity (Certificates).
- Non-Returnable Items: Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and custom-engraved or bespoke pieces are final sale.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact snehdiajewels@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
7. Warranty and Repairs
- Manufacturer Warranty: We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of stones, or damage caused by accidents or third-party jewelers.
- Care: Proper care is essential. Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals (chlorine, perfume, etc.) is not covered under warranty.
